The automobile processing and manufacturing industry is an important driving force for China′s rapid development.Now it has become a vital part of China′s industrial industry,and it is still developing at the technical level.However,there are still many problems in the design and manufacturing technology of the automobile stamping inspection tool,which is an important part of the automobile manufacturing industry.The design and manufacturing quality of automobile stamping inspection tools plays an extremely important role in the rapid develop-ment of modern automobile stamping technology,and it is very important to analyze the techni-cal processing technology.This paper describes the important technical ways and methods of the inspection fixture for automobile stamping parts in the process of design,production,pro-cessing,inspection and internal appearance treatment,and emphasizes that the research and de-velopment of a more comprehensive inspection fixture design technology plays a vital role in meeting the needs of the rapidly developing automobile market.
