摘要
本文使用连续摩擦焊技术代替传统的氩弧焊工艺焊接Super304H钢管,摩擦焊焊接的接头拥有均匀的微观组织和突出的力学性能。摩擦焊过程中,施加不同的摩擦压力,研究不同的摩擦压力在焊接过程中对焊接接头力学性能的影响。结果表明,增加摩擦压力,焊合区和热影响区晶粒尺寸变化不明显,热影响区析出部分碳化物,显微硬度和拉伸强度随着摩擦压力增大而增大,拉伸试样断裂位置为热影响区。
In this paper,the Super304H steel pipe is welded by continuous driving friction welding technology.The welded joint has good microstructure and mechanical properties.The results showed that with the increase of friction pressure,the grain size of the welded joint and the heat-affected zone did not change significantly,the number of carbide precipitates in the heat-affected zone increased gradually,the microhardness and tensile strength increased gradu-ally,and the fracture position of the tensile specimen was the heat-affected zone.
