摘要
在2019年年底新冠疫情的考验下,人类社会已经进入了需要随时随地迅速检测免疫情况的时代。而在全新的时代背景下,临床检验的技术、方法以及器械也在不断更新换代。作为当前已进入临床阶段最成熟的新技术,免疫荧光技术在开发医疗器械时的前景最为广阔。该技术通过荧光色素对检测目标进行显色标记,从而实现免疫检测,而检测的对象就包括病毒抗原以及抗体,目前在一些固定场所的临床实践中已经得到了大范围的推广以及使用。但要将这一技术应用于现场快速检测(POCT),仍有待进一步的深入研究,本文基于免疫荧光分析技术,对其在现场快速检测(POCT)领域的应用潜力展开了分析,并提出了开发便携式免疫荧光分析仪的必要性。
Under the test of the COVID-19 epidemic at the end of 2019,human society has entered an era where it is necessary to quickly detect immunity anytime,anywhere.In the new era,the techniques,methods and instruments of clinical testing are constantly being updated.As the most mature new technology that has entered the clinical stage,immunofluorescence technology has the broadest prospects in the development of medical devices.This technology uses fluorescent pigments to color-mark the detection targets to achieve immune detection,and the detection targets include virus antigens and antibodies.At present,it has been widely pro-moted and used in clinical practice in some fixed places.However,further in-depth research is needed to apply this technology to on-site rapid detection(POCT).Based on immunofluores-cence analysis technology,this paper analyzes its application potential in the field of rapid on-site detection(POCT),and proposes development The necessity of a portable immunofluores-cence analyzer.
