摘要 科技的发展,研究力度的加大以及政策方面的强力支持,使各行各业都取得了巨大的发展和显著的进步。而对于机械制造来说,将数字化技术引入其中,不仅能够提高实际的工作效率,还能更好地满足加工和制造的需求,从而通过各技术要点的把控,更为全面的分析,实现该领域的现代化和智能化,进而在此基础上使模具设计和机械制造能够始终站在发展的前沿,不被时代所淘汰,最终通过工艺水平的提升,设计准确性的提高,以及产品使用寿命的延长,实现其健康稳定发展。基于此,本文以模具加工制造的发展为切入点,进一步分析数字化技术在模具设计与制造中的应用优势,从而更深层次地探讨相关的实际应用,希望能为该领域提供一些有帮助性的意见。 The development of science and technology,the intensification of research efforts,and strong policy support have led to tremendous development and significant progress in all walks of life.For mechanical manufacturing,the introduction of digital technology can not only improve actual work efficiency,but also better meet the needs of processing and manufacturing,so as to achieve modernization and intelligence in this field through the control of various tech-nical points and more comprehensive analysis.On this basis,mold design and mechanical manufacturing can always be at the forefront of development and not be eliminated by the times.Ultimately,the healthy and stable development of products can be achieved through the improvement of process level,improvement of design accuracy,and extension of product service life.Based on this,this article takes the development of mold processing and manufacturing as the starting point to further analyze the application advantages of digital technology in mold de-sign and manufacturing,so as to explore the relevant practical applications in a deeper level,hoping to provide some helpful suggestions for this field.
