摘要
本次设计中,整体设计流程主要通过纯数字方法来实现,将时钟分频模块增设其中,使死区计数时钟频率较PWM计数器提升16倍;同一个死区计数器由两通道的PWM共同使用,从而实现设计资源的进一步节约;通过SPI接口的参数配置,为电路编程和控制提供更多便利。希望通过本次的分析,可以为PWM电路设计以及直流无刷电机的应用提供科学参考。
In this design,the overall design process is mainly implemented using a purely digital method,with the addition of a clock division module to increase the clock frequency of the dead zone count by 16 times compared to a PWM counter;The same deadband counter is used jointly by two channels of PWM to further save design resources;The parameter configura-tion through the SPI interface provides more convenience for circuit programming and control.I hope that this analysis can provide scientific reference for PWM circuit design and the applica-tion of brushless DC motor.
