Research on the Control Strategy of Assembly Quality Management for Large Aircraft Components

近年来,航空制造业的发展使越来越多的个性化飞机制造生产要求开始出现,定制化和架次化生产管理的需求急剧增加。飞机装配过程本身是一项动态的且相对复杂的数据系统工程,所以装配质量管理工作将直接关系到飞机的性能和安全问题。本次研究将立足于飞机的大部件装配质量要求,从装配过程入手,立足于建设更加完善的质量管控体系,结合实际情况提出未来的管理方案。

In recent years,with the development of aviation manufacturing industry,more and more personalized aircraft manufacturing production requirements have begun to appear,and the demand for customized and sortie production management has increased sharply.The air-craft assembly process itself is a dynamic and relatively complex data system engineering,so the assembly quality management will directly affect the performance and safety of the aircraft.This study will be based on the assembly quality requirements of large parts of aircraft,start with the assembly process,build a more complete quality control system,and put forward future management plans based on the actual situation.
