“课程-竞赛-项目”的进阶式拔尖创新人才培养模式研究 被引量:4

摘要 培养创新型人才已成为我国教育工作的一项战略任务。以工程图样表达为载体,针对课程体系、学科竞赛以及科研项目实践等内容提出了进阶式拔尖创新人才培养模式。基于内容创新重构的课程体系升级,通过设置荣誉课程、双语课程等选修课程进行课程群的建设,从教学组织上实现有教无类、因材施教,满足“跳一跳”的需求,培养高阶人才;基于成图大赛训练的创新知识体系更新建立课程学习与创新能力培养之间的桥梁,以赛促学、以赛创新,实现创新人才培养的目的;基于项目实践的教研创新融合训练建立教学知识与创新实践之间的桥梁,在教学和科研双向促进的过程中培养拔尖人才。通过“课程—竞赛—项目”的进阶式人才培养模式能够提高学生的综合创新能力,为培养新型拔尖人才提供新的途径和方法。 Cultivating tip-top creative talents is a strategic mission of the national education.This work paperr takes the expression of engineering drawing as an example,proposes the progressive mode for cultivating tip-top creative talents with the contents of curriculum system,discipline competition,and innovation project.The curriculum system was rebuilt based on the regenerate and innovated contents.The requirement of jumping to a high level was realized through providing the optional honored course and bilingual course and teaching organization of“no class distinction”and“teach according to the students’ability”,and more challenging talents are cultivated.Through the discipline competition of“Advanced Drawing”,the bridge between course learning and creative ability was built up with the innovative knowledge system.With the ideas of learning through racing and innovating through racing,the aim of cultivating innovative talents was realized.Through the practice of research project,the integrating of scientific research and teaching was realized to build the bridge between the teaching knowledge and innovative practice.The tip-top creative talents were cultivated during the both-way boost of teaching and researching.Finally,the integrated creative ability was promoted with the triunity progressive cultivating mode,which provides a new way to cultivate the tip-top creative talent.
