上海高职院校招生竞争力评价及提升路径分析--基于因子分析法

Evaluation and Improvement Path Analysis of Enrollment Competitiveness of Shanghai HigherVocational Colleges--Based on Factor Analysis

生源质量是高职院校高质量发展的基础,高职教育作为一种类型教育,是建设地方经济优秀职业人才的摇篮。如何提升高职院校招生竞争力,吸引优质生源,是现阶段亟须解决的问题。选取上海市20所高等职业院校的10个相关指标,构建招生竞争力评价模型,并通过因子分析,进行招生竞争力的评价及提升路径分析,以期为上海市高职院校招生竞争力提升提供借鉴。

The quality of students is the basis for high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.As a type of education,higher vocational education is the cradle of building local economic excellent vocational talents.How to improve the enrollment competitiveness of higher vocational colleges and attract high-quality students is an urgent problem to be solved at this stage.This paper selects 10 relevant indicators from 20 higher vocational colleges in Shanghai,constructs an evaluation model of enrollment competitiveness,and evaluates and analyzes the promotion path of enrollment competitiveness through factor analysis,in order to provide reference for the improvement of enrollment competitiveness of higher vocational colleges in Shanghai.
