Strategy of Training Excellent Doctors in Clinical Medicine

随着医疗卫生体制的改革进一步深入,人们对医疗卫生服务的要求越来越高。医学教育所培养的人才和社会需求相差较大,无法满足医疗行业的发展,故必须要对传统的以学科为中心的医学教育模式进行改革,优化课程设置,转变灌输式教学方法,逐步培养学生的独立思考、分析以及解决问题的能力。阐述卓越医生培养模式构建的背景,进而分析五年制临床医学专业教育存在的不足,提出临床医学专业卓越医生培养模式构建策略。

With the reform and further deepening of the medical and health system,people’s requirements for medical and health services are getting higher and higher.However,the talents cultivated by medical education and the social needs differ greatly,which cannot meet the demands of the medical industry development.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the traditional subject-centered medical education model,such as optimizing the curriculum,changing the indoctrination teaching methods,and gradually cultivating students’ability of independent thinking,analysis and solving problems.This paper expounds the background of the construction of the excellent doctors’training mode,analyzes the shortcomings of the five-year clinical medicine professional education,and puts forward the construction strategy of the training mode of the excellent doctors in the clinical medicine professionl.
