疫情常态化下高层办公建筑入口空间优化设计研究

Research on Optimal Design of Entrance Space of High-rise Office Building under Epidemic Normalization

疫情常态化下,为了降低高层办公建筑内人员时空接触,减少感染风险,文章通过分析入口空间的包含关系及设计运行现状,提出适应性提升的优化目标,构建整体式优化方法体系,从交通组织、空间模式、环境建设和功能设施方面提出具体优化设计策略,以期对提升高层办公建筑入口空间的疫情防控能力提供指导。

Under the normalization of epidemic,in order to reduce the time-space contact of personnel in high-rise office buildings and reduce the risk of infection,the paper analyzes the inclusion relationship of entrance space and the current situation of design operation,puts forward the optimization objective of improving adaptability,constructs an integrated optimization method system,and puts forward specific optimization design strategies from the aspects of traffic organization,spatial patterns,environmental construction and functional facilities,in order to provide guidance for improving the epidemic prevention and control ability of the entrance space of high-rise office buildings.
