给予患者情感关怀是候诊空间材料设计的发展趋势。文章从情感化设计理论出发,将候诊空间材料作为研究对象,归纳候诊空间材料在本能、行为和反思三个层次的情感化设计策略,为候诊空间材料设计提供参考。

Giving patients emotional care is the development trend of waiting space material design.Based on the theory of emotional design,this paper takes the waiting space materials as the research object,summarizes the emotional design strategies of the waiting space materials in three levels of instinct,behavior and reflection,and provides a reference for the design of waiting space materials.
