产城融合视角下生态产业园发展困境及规划对策研究——以眉县经济技术开发区为例

摘要 在当前存量规划的背景下,我国生态产业园区进入飞速发展阶段,推动工业可持续发展。针对当前生态产业园区应风险能力不足,发展落后于经济、社会、生态融合发展的需求等问题。文章以产城融合视角,结合眉县霸王河产业园区规划建设展开实证研究,从完善理论支撑、加强模式构建、创新设施整治和改革管理机制等方面提出我国生态产业园区发展规划策略,实现生态产业园区内外经济和环境平衡发展,以期为我国生态产业园区产城融合创新发展提供借鉴依据。 Under the background of current stock planning,Chinese eco-industrial parks have entered the rapid development stage and promoted the sustainable development of industry.In view of the current ecological industrial park risk capacity is insufficient,development behind the needs of economic,social,ecological integration development and other problems.In this paper,from the perspective of integration of industry and city,combined with the empirical research on the planning and construction of Bawanghe Industrial Park in Meishan County,development planning strategies for ecological industrial parks were proposed from the aspects of improving theoretical support,strengthening mode construction,innovative facility improvement and reform management mechanism,so as to achieve the balanced development of economy and environment inside and outside the ecological industrial park.This paper hopes to provide reference for industry-city integration and innovative development of eco-industrial parks in our country.
