基于人群结构变化的徐渭故里微更新策略

Micro-renewal Strategies of Xuwei's Hometown based on the Change of Population Structure

随着历史街区的不断更新变化,历史街区中的人群结构也将发生变化。人群结构对功能、空间的需求又对历史街区的更新提出新的要求,使用人群与历史街区之间将会不断构建新的平衡。文章以徐渭故里历史街区改造方案为例,结合“平衡建筑”的“人本为先”理念,从人群结构变化的角度切入,为徐渭故里历史街区的微更新提供相应的策略。

With the historical blocks continuously being updated and changed,the population structure in there will also change.The population structure's demand for functions and space will generate new stimulations for the historical blocks'development.This paper takes the renewal plan of the historic blocks of Xuwei's hometown as an example,employing the"people-oriented"theory of balanced architecture,taking the perspective of population structure changes,so as to put forward corresponding renovation strategies for the micro-renewal of this historic district.
