Rebuilding City Landmarks:Business Iteration&Architecture Renewal:The Renovation of Intime Department Store Wulin

武林银泰百货于2020年正式改造完工,成为杭州延安路武林商圈的最新商业地标。文章通过对于设计过程的全面剖析,展现了“风貌提升和商业迭代”语境之下,城市核心区域商业建筑的有机更新过程,同时探究了以建筑设计“动态化策略”为主线,照明、幕墙、景观等专业统筹整合的综合改造设计方法。

After renovation in 2020,the Intime Department Store Wulin became a brand-new commercial landmark in Wulin Business Area in Hangzhou.By analyzing the whole design process,this thesis reveals how the building and its environment was organically promoted,in terms of business iteration.The comprehensive dynamic methodology integrating architecture,illumination,landscape and curtain wall design,is also discussed.
