BOT模式应用于历史街区的优化策略——以永庆坊为例

Optimization Strategy of BOT Mode Applied to Historical Blocks:Taking Yongqing Fang as an Example

近些年来,BOT模式被发展中国家用来进行基础设施建设。BOT模式的采用也给予了历史街区改造新的方式。文章选取广州市恩宁路永庆坊片区作为研究案例,厘清BOT模式在项目中出现的问题,并认为BOT模式运用于历史街区这一特殊的改造类型,需要进行相应的策略优化,使得街区文化达到生产真实化。

In recent years,Bot model has been widely used in infrastructure construction in developing countries.The adoption of BOT model also gives a new way to transform historic blocks.This paper selects Yongqing Fang,Enning Road,Guangzhou City as an example to clarify the problems of BOT model in the project,and concludes that BOT model needs to optimize the supervision of laws and regulations for the application of historical blocks,normalize non-governmental organizations,and promote diverse participation to give authenticity to the cultural production of blocks.
