声景感知优化导向下的高层住区更新设计策略研究

Research on Renewal Design Strategy of High-rise Residential Areas under the Guidance of Soundscape Perception Optimization

优化声景感知既是创造健康城市声环境的关键手段,也是城市更新设计的重要组成部分。声景感知与视觉环境、物理环境和行为心理等环境心理要素存在交互作用,据此对典型高层住区进行现场实测和问卷调查,并通过统计学方法查明相关环境心理因素对声景感知的影响机制,从中提取出11项声景感知因子,进而从空间营造、功能布局、景观设计、设施调节四个方面提出了高层住区更新设计策略。

Optimizing soundscape perception is not only the key means to create a healthy urban sound environment,but also an important part of urban renewal design.Based on the interaction between soundscape perception and environmental psychological factors such as visual environment,physical environment and behavioral psychology,field measurement and questionnaire survey of typical high-rise residential areas were conducted.The influence mechanism of environmental psychological factors on soundscape perception was identified by statistical method,and 11 soundscape perception factors were extracted.The renewal design strategy of high-rise residential areas is put forward from four aspects of space construction,function layout,landscape design and facility adjustment.
