3C全程优质护理模式对消毒供应中心手术器械管理的影响

The influence of 3C whole course high-quality nursing mode on the management of surgical instruments in the disinfection and supply center

目的 探究在医院消毒供应中心的手术器械管理工作中,应用3C全程优质护理模式所带来的影响。方法 随机选取医院消毒供应中心采用常规护理模式管理的300件手术器械为对照组,3C全程优质护理模式管理的300件手术器械为实验组。比较两组手术器械各项合格率以及临床各科室医护人员对消毒供应中心的满意度。结果 实验组手术器械清洗、包装、灭菌各项的合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组临床各科室医护人员对消毒供应中心工作的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 3C全程优质护理模式可以提高消毒供应中心手术器械的管理质量,提升临床各科室医护人员对消毒供应中心工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of applying 3C whole process high-quality nursing mode in the management of surgical instruments in the hospital disinfection and supply center.Methods Randomly select 300 surgical instruments managed by routine nursing mode in the disinfection and supply center of the hospital as the control group,and 300 surgical instruments managed by 3C full course high-quality nursing mode as the experimental group.To compare the qualification rate of surgical instruments and the satisfaction of medical staff in clinical departments to the disinfection supply center between the two groups.Results The qualification rates of cleaning,packaging and sterilization of surgical instruments in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the medical staff in the clinical departments of the experimental group to the work of the disinfection supply center was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3C whole process high-quality nursing mode can improve the management quality of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center,and enhance the satisfaction of medical staff in clinical departments to the work of the disinfection supply center.
