摘要
剖析产学研合作与内部研发对碳排放强度的抑制机制,构建空间计量模型,搜集2009—2020年我国30个省(区、市)的产学研合作、内部研发与碳排放强度的相关数据,实证分析产学研合作与内部研发对碳排放强度的抑制效应及其异质性大小。研究结果表明:①产学研合作和内部研发均可以有效降低碳排放强度,并且产学研合作还会通过促进内部研发间接降低碳排放强度。②在内部研发对碳排放强度的抑制效应中,其直接效应、间接效应和总效应均强于产学研合作,着重提升内部研发水平可以获得更好的碳减排效果。③产学研合作与内部研发对碳排放强度的抑制效果受东中西部区位的影响,东部地区总体抑制效果更强,中西部仅对本地区碳排放强度产生抑制作用。在此基础上,提出有效抑制碳排放强度的针对性建议。
Nowadays,the massive emission of greenhouse gases,mainly carbon dioxide,has led to frequent global extreme phenomena.And global warming is still a great challenge that all mankind must face.At the same time,since the reform and opening up,China's economic soci⁃ety has been developing continuously,but the crude development mode of high energy consump⁃tion and high pollution has led to a sharp increase in our carbon emission.In the face of both in⁃ternational and domestic carbon emission pressure,China is supposed to achieve carbon emis⁃sion reduction through the key technologies of green technology innovation,and promote the up⁃grading of industrial structure and the transformation of energy consumption structure through improving the level of green technology innovation,so as to achieve the goal of reducing carbon emission intensity.Industry-university-research cooperation provides enterprises with innova⁃tive resources such as new knowledge and new technologies from the outside,while internal R&D promotes the formation of proprietary core technologies within enterprises,and the two co⁃operate with each other to enhance the level of green technology innovation from the outside and inside.In this context,it has become an urgent problem to clarify the inhibiting mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation and internal R&D on carbon emission intensity and ef⁃fectively reduce carbon emission intensity.Existing literature has conducted relevant studies on industry-university-research coopera⁃tion,internal R&D and carbon emission intensity respectively,promoting the development of rel⁃evant theories.However,scholars rarely integrate industry-university-research cooperation,in⁃ternal R&D and carbon emission intensity into the same analytical framework to analyze their joint influence mechanism on carbon emission intensity,resulting in unclear disclosure of the in⁃hibiting mechanism of carbon emission intensity.In order to clarify the inhibiting mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation and internal R&D on carbon emission intensity,and to effectively reduce carbon emission inten⁃sity,this paper incorporates industry-university-research cooperation,internal R&D and carbon emission intensity into the same analytical framework,makes an in-depth analysis of the inhibit⁃ing mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation and internal research R&D on car⁃bon emission intensity,constructs a spatial econometric model,collects relevant data on industry-university-research cooperation,internal R&D and carbon emission intensity of 30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2009 to 2020 and uses stata15 to accurately analyze the inhibiting effect and heterogeneity of industry-university-research co⁃operation and internal R&D on carbon emission intensity.The results show that:①Both internal R&D and industry-university-research cooperation can effectively reduce carbon emission in⁃tensity,and industry-university-research cooperation can also indirectly reduce carbon emission intensity by promoting internal R&D.②In terms of the inhibiting effect of internal R&D on car⁃bon emission intensity,the direct,indirect and total effects of are stronger than those of industry university-research cooperation.And the carbon emission reduction effect can better by focusing on improving the level of internal R&D.③The inhibiting effect of industry-university-research cooperation and internal R&D on carbon emission intensity is affected by the location of the east⁃ern,central and western regions.And the overall inhibiting effect of the eastern regions is stron⁃ger,while the central and western regions only inhibit the carbon emission intensity of their own regions.Based on this,the paper puts forward some specific suggestions to restrain carbon emis⁃sion intensity effectively.
