摘要 在有机融合资源基础理论、开放式创新理论和动态能力理论的基础上,将创新资源、动态能力和创新绩效整合到同一个框架内,运用多元层次回归和结构方程模型(SEM),实证研究开放式、动态环境中创新资源和动态能力两大核心要素对企业创新绩效的影响,以及动态能力对创新资源的整合和调节机理。结果显示:企业内、外部创新资源和动态能力对企业创新绩效均具有正向影响;动态能力在企业内、外部创新资源和创新绩效之间具有显著的调节作用。 With the increasingly fierce global market competition, technological innovation has become an important means for modern enterprises to gain a competitive advantage and achieve excess profits in the market competition, as well as a driving force and source for a country to achieve sustainable and robust economic growth. The performance level of enterprise innovation represents a country's technological innovation capability and the level of technological progress. Therefore, how to improve enterprise innovation performance has increasingly become a focus of attention in academia. A large number of domestic and foreign studies have shown that the open innovation model can effectively improve the performance level of enterprise innovation compared with traditional closed innovation. In an open innovation environment, enterprises can dynamically acquire external knowledge, creativity and technologies, and at the same time diffuse internal innovations to external markets, thereby enhancing technological capabilities and gaining competitive advantages. Existing literature has affirmed the role of innovation resources and dynamic capabilities in promoting corporate innovation performance. However, from a systemic perspective, open innovation is a process of the synergy of multiple elements in a dynamic environment. Existing research has mainly focuses on the impact of individual elements on innovation performance and rarely puts the enterprise's internal and external innovation resources, dynamic capabilities and innovation performance in the same analysis framework to study the interaction mechanism between the three. This article takes 289 technology-based enterprises in Southwest China as research samples, and conducts empirical research based on the organic fusion resource-based theory, open innovation theory, and dynamic capability theory, using multiple research methods. Specifically, the SPSS 22.0 software is used to perform descriptive statistics, reliability testing, factor analysis, and correlation analysis on various variables. The AMOS 18.0 software is used to establish a structural equation model, combining theoretical derivation with empirical verification to integrate innovation resources, dynamic capabilities, and innovation performance into the same framework. At the same time, using multiple hierarchical regression and structural equation models (SEM), the article empirically studies the impact of the two core elements of innovation resources and dynamic capabilities in open and dynamic environments on innovation performance, as well as the integration and regulatory mechanisms of dynamic capabilities on innovation resources. The results of the questionnaire survey show that: under the condition of open innovation, both internal and external innovation resources have a positive impact on innovation performance, dynamic capabilities have a positive impact on innovation performance and have a significant regulating effect. The study expands the practical application scope of open innovation theory, enriches the research combining dynamic capabilities with innovation resources perspective, and answers the key question of "How enterprises integrate innovation resources to adapt to the dynamic changes in the external environment in an open innovation environment?", providing important empirical evidence for the deepening and beneficial supplement of open innovation theory.
