摘要
近年来中国甜樱桃产业高速发展的同时,过早采收、采后不经预冷、人工分选效率低、缺乏冷链闭环管理等问题日益突显。综述了甜樱桃贮运过程中常见质量问题及影响因素,并从采收、预冷、分级、包装和腐烂控制等环节介绍了国外甜樱桃采后处理技术研究和应用现状,针对中国甜樱桃采后处理产业存在的问题提出了建议,包括加强技术应用研究与推广,重视采后预冷、完善冷链管理,规范包装,实施品牌战略,大力发展樱桃深加工。
With the rapid development of sweet cherry industry in China in recent years,many problems such as premature harvesting,without precooling,low manual sorting efficiency,lack of cold chain have appeared.The causes and influencing factors of the common postharvest quality is-sues have been reviewed,and the status of sweet cherry postharvest handling technology and appli-cation in foreign countries,which include harvesting,precooling,grading,packaging and rot con-trol,have been introduced.Suggestions are proposed for sweet cherry industry of China,including strengthening technology application research and popularization,applying precooling technology and improving cold chain management,further standardization packaging management,implementing the brand strategy and developing the processing of sweet cherries.
