摘要
火电机组湿法脱硫中pH值控制子系统存在大惯性、大滞后的问题,影响脱硫塔脱硫过程的实时控制,本文采用自适应粒子群算法,结合模糊PID控制算法,控制湿法脱硫系统浆液的p H值,可有效提高浆液pH值的控制品质和系统响应的快速性。
The problem of large inertia and lag exists in the pH control subsystem of wet desulphurization in thermal power unit,which affects the real-time control of desulphurization process in desulphurization tower.This paper uses adaptive particle swarm algorithm combined with fuzzy PID control algorithm to control the pH value of slurry in wet desulphurization system,which can effectively improve the control quality of slurry pH and the rapidity of system response.
