汽轮机真空提升的研究

摘要 从目前的电站发展情况来看,许多电厂所用的汽轮机均为高能耗、低效率,随着价格的上升,各种能源的生产成本越来越高,许多公司为了提高效率和经济效益而采用了真空汽轮机,以降低公司日常运营所需的费用。汽轮机真空系统的密封性是影响汽轮机安全和经济运行的关键因素,其数值的大小直接影响机组的运行经济性、安全性和调节性能。汽轮机真空降低的原因有许多,本文从汽轮机的真空密封性能不佳的角度,分析造成汽轮机真空密封性能降低的原因,并针对如何改进其真空密封性提出了相应的对策。 From the current development situation of power plants,many of the steam turbines used in power plants are high energy consumption and low efficiency.With the rise of prices,the production costs of various energy sources are becoming higher and higher.Many companies have adopted vacuum steam turbines to improve efficiency and economic benefits,in order to reduce the expenses required for their daily operations.The sealing performance of the steam turbine vacuum system is a key factor affecting the safety and economic operation of the steam turbine,and its numerical value directly affects the operating economy,safety,and regulation performance of the unit.There are many reasons for the decrease in vacuum sealing performance of steam turbines.This paper analyzes the reasons for the decrease in vacuum sealing performance of steam turbines from the perspective of poor vacuum sealing performance,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for improving their vacuum sealing performance.
