本文简要介绍了手动变速箱同步器的结构,分析总结了变速器换挡性能指标的计算方法,介绍了以此为基础开发的试验台的软、硬件设计,通过换挡性能试验准确计算了影响手动变速器换挡性能的指标参数,绘制了换挡性能曲线和换挡轨迹,并结合同步器工作原理详细分析了试验结果中的换挡特性曲线。

This paper introduces the structure of manual transmission synchronizer,analyzes and summarizes the calculation methods of transmission shift performance target,introduces the software and hardware design of the test bench developed on this basis,accurately calculates the target parameters affecting the shift performance of manual transmission through the shift performance test,and draws the shift performance curve and shift trajectory,and combined with the working principle of synchronizer,the shift characteristic curve in the test results is analyzed in detail.
