摘要
结合张力辊组分隔并提升张力的工作原理,依据现有张力辊组辊径、摩擦系数、减速机减速比、包角等参数计算张力辊组电机功率,提升张力放大能力,使其满足卷取张力需求。校核了张力辊组的力矩,新设计电机功率和减速机减速比均符合要求。现场应用钢卷进行生产测试,运行稳定受控,提高了张力辊组的能力,保证了设备的平稳运行。
According to the principle of tension rolls,the required motor power for increasing the tension is computed using the roll diameter,friction coefficient,reduction ratio of the reducer,and the wrapping angle.This calculation is crucial to ensure that the tension amplification ability of the roller meets the coiling tension demand.The assessment of the torque of the tension roller sets showed that the designed power and reduction ratio complied with the requirements.The results of our testing during production indicate stable and controlled operation,thus enhancing the capacity of the tension rolls and guaranteeing the equipment's consistent operation.
