摘要
根据钻井作业现场直流电动机及其控制原理,结合泥浆泵工作特性及其在使用过程中出现的转速不稳故障现象,分析其故障原因并提出检修方法,同时简要对比了故障排除前后的经济效益。
According to the drilling field DC motor and its control principle,combined with the working characteristics of mud pump and the phenomenon of its unstable speed in the process of using,the fault causes are analyzed and the maintenance methods are proposed,the economic benefits are also briefly compared before and after the fault removal.
