基于UWB的矿井掘进机智能防护

摘要 矿井下的开采环境恶劣,面临粉尘、机械作业伤害、瓦斯爆炸等风险,给开采人员的人身安全带来了较大威胁。因此,迫切需要采用智能机械设备代替人力,以提高作业效率,避免危险的发生。全自动智能掘进机是目前的研究热点,但其防护问题有待进一步完善。本文介绍了超宽带(UWB)技术在智能掘进机防护方面的应用,比较了UWB的几种基本算法。 The mining industry poses significant hazards,including exposure to dust,injuries caused by mechanical operations,gas explosions,and other risks that jeopardize the safety of mining personnel.To mitigate these risks,the adoption of intelligent mechanical equipment is essential.This approach enhances operational efficiency while also minimizing the occurrence of danger.Among the current research topics in the field of intelligent mining,fully automatic intelligent roadheaders are of great interest.However,the challenge of protecting personnel during use requires innovative solutions.This paper examines the application of ultra-wideband(UWB)technology for intelligent roadheader protection and compares several fundamental algorithms of UWB.UWB positioning tags are worn by personnel in the actual working environment to maintain a safe distance from the roadheader.These tags will alert personnel immediately when they enter the roadheader's alarm area,thereby providing timely reminders to keep them safe.
