矿用履带式锚杆钻车液压系统的设计与仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 为解决传统锚杆钻机作业效率低、支护成本高、巷道支护速度慢等问题,本文提出了一套4台锚杆钻机联合支护方案,设计了矿用履带式锚杆钻车系统,介绍了矿用履带式锚杆钻车组成结构。为解决在不同工况下液压系统的运行,设计了配套的液压系统回路。利用AMEsim软件搭建了液压系统模型并进行机电联合仿真研究,结果表明,采用负载敏感变量泵系统在阀芯开启过程中流量变化平稳、无冲击,对液压系统的压力能控制效果好,静动态特性稳定,验证了液压系统回路设计的合理性和可靠性。 To address the issues of low efficiency,high support cost,and slow roadway support in traditional bolt drill operations,four bolt drill joint support schemes have been proposed.Additionally,the mine crawler bolt drll car system has been designed,and its structure has been introduced.Furthermore,to overcome the challenges related to the operation of the hydraulic system under different conditions,a hydraulic system circuit has been designed.Subsequently,the hydraulic system model has been set up using AMEsim software,and an electromechanical joint simulation study has been conducted.The results of the study indicate that the load-sensitive variable pump system flow change is smooth during the process of valve core opening,and there is no impact on the hydraulic system.The results also reveal that the hydraulic system pressure control effect is good and the system exhibits static dynamic stability.Consequently,the rationality and reliability of the hydraulic system circuit design have been verified.
