摘要
本文介绍了复合绝缘子发热背景与影响红外测温结果的主要原因,通过应用多种红外测温设备对粤东某的500 kV输电线路进行大量红外测温并记录分析结果。大量数据表明,测温距离是影响红外测温结果准确与否的重要影响因素,无人机测温较以往的手持测温设备测温更准确,6 m的测温距离是无人机红外测温的最佳测绝缘子温度距离。
This paper examines the heating background of composite insulators and the factors that influence infrared temperature measurements.The study utilizes various infrared temperature measurement equipment to conduct extensive measurements on a 500 kV transmission line in eastern Guangdong and record the resultant analysis.The data indicates that the temperature measurement distance significantly impacts the accuracy of the infrared temperature measurement results.Additionally,using a UAV for temperature measurement yields more precise results than using previous handheld temperature measurement equipment.Ultimately,the optimal insulator temperature measurement distance for UAV infrared measurements is found to be 6 m.
