转子秤在焚烧炉飞灰计量中的改进及应用

摘要 垃圾焚烧产生的飞灰含有重金属和二恶英等污染物,被国家归于危险废物,飞灰经稳定化处理,生成的固化物检测合格后填埋处置。在飞灰稳定化处理工艺中,需要依据飞灰运行流量按比例添加药剂进行混合固化螯合,飞灰计量设备是药剂添加量的重要依据,飞灰计量设备准确可减少药剂浪费。部分垃圾焚烧发电厂飞灰计量设备采用冲板流量计,其存在进料易堵塞、精度差和维护量大等问题,本文针对飞灰易粘料堵塞,流量小等特点,通过优化升级转子秤秤体结构,实现了飞灰流量连续稳定测量,且改进后飞灰转子秤具有结构简单、维护量少、不堵料、计量精度高的特点。 Fly ash generated from waste incineration contains heavy metals and dioxins,making it hazardous waste classified by the state.After stabilization,solidified matter from the fly ash can pass landfill tests.The process involves adding agents in proportion to the running flow of fly ash for mixed solidification and chelation.This necessitates accurate fly ash metering equipment to reduce agent waste.However,some garbage incineration power stations use a flush plate flowmeter which has issues such as easy blockage and poor accuracy.This study aims to optimize and upgrade the rotor scale structure based on the fly ash characteristics of easy blockage and small flow.The improved fly ash rotor scale features a simple structure,less maintenance,no blockage,and high measurement accuracy.
