煤炭运量快速增长的同时,选煤厂装车站在末煤外运过程中会产生大量的煤尘及灰尘,对选煤厂周围及沿途环境造成严重污染。而洗车平台是煤矿车辆进出运输防尘污染比较重要的一个环节,此环节把控好不仅在环保方面能满足相关政策的要求,还能在运输中减少不必要的安全隐患,并在冬季车辆频繁运输的情况下减少路面结冰及事故发生的可能。基于此,本文主要介绍了一种新型洗车平台的特点及在我公司的运行情况。

With the rapid growth of coal transportation,a large amount of coal dust and dust will be produced in the process of loading station of coal preparation plant,which will cause serious pollution to the environment around and along the coal preparation plant.Car wash plaform is an important link of dust pollution prevention for coal mine vehicles in and out transportation.This link not only meets the requirements of relevant policies in environmental protection,but also reduces unnecessary safety hazards in transportation,and reduces the possibility of road freezing and accidents when vehicles are frequently transported in winter.Based on this,this paper mainly introduces the features of a new car washing platform and its operation in our company.
