圆柱形铝蜂窝包覆式防爬器准静态压缩分析

摘要 铝蜂窝包覆式防爬器作为在列车的被动安全防护中使用最广的一种防护器械,存在截面矩形结构、加工复杂、吸能元件各个位置受力不等效、易发生失稳等缺点。文章提出一种截面为圆形的铝蜂窝包覆式防爬器,且采用三维软件建立圆柱形铝蜂窝包覆式防爬器三维模型,并通过有限元仿真分析和准静态压缩实验输出该方案的准静态压缩过程和准静态压缩力-位移曲线,得出该防爬器在压缩过程中压缩稳定、变形良好,准静态压缩力-位移曲线平稳可控,仿真和实验同设计值的平均缓冲力偏差均在±7.5%以内,从而证明该方案的可靠性,为轨道交通圆柱形铝蜂窝包覆式防爬器的后续开发提供理论基础和实验依据。 The aluminum honeycomb-wrapped anti-creeper device is one of the most extensive passive safety protections in trains.However,it has drawbacks such as a rectangular cross-sectional structure,complex processing,unequal position of energy-absorbing elements,and inherent instability.This paper proposes an aluminum honeycomb-wrapped anti-creeper absorber with a circular cross-section size.A three-dimensional model of the wrapped anti-creeper device with a cylindrical cross-section is established by using 3D software.The quasi-static compression process and force-displacement curve of the proposed scheme are obtained through finite element simulation analysis and quasi-static compression experiments.The compression process demonstrates stability and good deformation characteristics,while the quasi-static compression force-displacement curve remains stable and controllable.The average buffer force deviation between simulation and experiment,with the same design value,is within±7.5%.This proves the reliability of the scheme and provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the subsequent development of the cylindrical aluminum honeycomb-wrapped anti-creeper device in rail transit sections.
