安定隧道质量安全管控关键措施

摘要 玉磨铁路安定隧道地质条件复杂、施工难度大、安全风险高,在总结和借鉴以往隧道施工技术和管理经验的基础上,开展技术方案和现场管控措施优化,研究采用精准注浆置换、分水降压、调整开挖轮廓、跟踪补偿注浆加固、多层初期支护等多种施工技术,并通过实施动态设计及时准确调整支护参数,使支护措施与围岩特性匹配性更强,有效控制掌子面溜坍、初期支护大变形等风险,确保隧道施工质量和安全。 Anding tunnel faces complex geological conditions,high construction difficulty,and significant safety risks along the Yuxi-Mohan railway.Building upon previous tunnel construction technology and management experience,this research focuses on optimizing technical solutions and on-site control measures.Various construction techniques have been adopted,including precise grouting replacement,water diversion and pressure reduction,adjustment of excavation contour,tracking and compensating grouting reinforcement,and multi-layer primary-support.By implementing dynamic design and timely adjusting support parameters,the compatibility between support measures and surrounding rock characteristics is enhanced,effectively controlling risks such as face collapse or large deformation of primary-support.These measures ensure the quality and safety of tunnel construction.
