北京地铁乘客出行需求特征及对策研究

Research on characteristics and countermeasures of passenger travel demands in Beijing rail transit

由于地铁的服务现状已经无法满足全部乘客不断增长的诉求,为进一步了解北京地铁乘客出行需求,深度挖掘乘客出行需求特征、诉求及存在问题,进而快速、高效地提升北京地铁乘客服务质量,文章设计乘客选择偏好、接驳方式、容忍程度、站内走行等方面的相关问题并以电子问卷的形式在全路网、全时段进行投放,结合调查问卷的统计结果,对目前北京地铁服务存在的问题进行总结并从乘客诉求的角度提出规划建设、地铁接驳、运营服务等方面的优化改进建议,进而更好地为乘客提供更加优质、全面的地铁服务。

With rail transit services unable to meet the continuously increasing demands of all passengers,this paper aims to gain a deeper understanding of the travel demands of Beijing rail transit passengers.It explores the characteristics,demands,and existing issues of passenger travel demand to enhance the service quality of Beijing rail transit passengers in a quick and effi cient manner.The paper addresses passenger preferences,connection modes,tolerance levels,station travel,and other related issues through electronic surveys administered across the entire rail network and during all times.Based on the statistical results of the survey,the paper identifies existing issues in Beijing's rail transit services and provides suggestions for optimization and improvement in planning and construction,metro connections,operation services,and other aspects,taking into account passenger demands.These suggestions aim to provide passengers with higher-quality and more comprehensive rail transit services.
