摘要
本文在理论模型分析的基础上,以中国265个地级市的新建工业企业为研究对象,采用负二项回归实证分析了交通基础设施升级是否有利于促进企业新建。研究结果表明:交通基础设施升级对城市企业新建数量有显著的正向影响。进一步考虑内生性问题以及替换被解释变量后,交通基础设施升级对企业新建的促进作用依然稳健。此外,作用机制表明,“成本效应”与“要素流动效应”是交通基础设施升级作用于企业新建的重要渠道。从异质性方面看,交通基础设施升级对重污染企业及民营企业的影响最为显著,而新建国有企业数量则在发展较好的城市表现出减少的趋势。
On the basis of theoretical model analysis,this paper takes the micro-data of newly-built industrial firms in 265 prefecture-level cities of China as the research object,and uses negative binomial regression to deeply analyze whether the upgrading of transportation infrastructure is conducive to promoting new enterprises.The results show that the upgrading of transportation infrastructure have a significant positive impact on the number of new enterprises in the city.After considering endogenous issues and replacing the explained variables,the promotion effect of transportation infrastructure upgrade on new enterprises is still stable.Research on the mechanism shows that"cost effect"and"element flow effect"play a mediating role in the impact of the upgrading of transportation infrastructure on new enterprises.From the perspective of heterogeneity,the upgrading of transportation infrastructure has the most significant impact on heavily polluting enterprises and private enterprises.However,the number of state-owned enterprises shows a decreasing trend in the well-developed cities.
