电针在糖尿病足溃疡外科治疗中的运用研究

Application of electroacupuncture in surgical treatment of diabetic foot ulcer

目的:研究电针在糖尿病足溃疡外科治疗中的应用效果。方法:将Wagner分级为3~4级的100例糖尿病足患者随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组50例患者接受基础治疗及糖尿病足溃疡外科治疗,研究组50例患者在此基础上进行电针治疗。对两组患者的VAS评分、胫神经和腓总神经传导速度、ABI、创面愈合率、创面愈合时间及疗效指标进行对比分析。结果:研究组治疗后的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<O.05),研究组治疗后的胫神经和腓总神经传导速度、ABI均明显高于对照组(P<O.05)。研究组的创面愈合率明显高于对照组(P<O.05),创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<O.05)。两组的总有效率均为100%,而研究组的治愈率明显高于对照组(P<O.05)。结论:与单纯糖尿病足溃疡外科治疗相比,将电针应用到糖尿病足溃疡外科治疗中能显著提高创面愈合率,缩短创面愈合时间,提高疗效。

Objective:To study the effect of electroacupuncture in the surgical treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods:100 diabetic foot patients with Wagner grade 3~4 were randomly divided into study group and control group.50 patients in the control group received basic treatment and surgical treatment of diabetic foot ulcer,and 50 patients in the study group received electroacupuncture therapy on the basis of this.VAS score,tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve conduction velocity,ABI,wound healing rate,wound healing time and efficacy indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:VAS score of the study group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the conduction velocity of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve and ABI of the study group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the wound healing time was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of both groups was 100%,and the cure rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the surgical treatment of diabetic foot ulcer alone,the application of electroacupuncture in the surgical treatment of diabetic foot ulcer can significantly improve the wound healing rate,shorten the wound healing time and improve the curative effect.
