Protection against atopic dermatitis based on Newman system theory and traditional Chinese medicine's prevention of disease

特应性皮炎是一种慢性复发性皮肤疾病,为有效的预防及治疗特应性皮炎,明确其发生、传变及预后情况,从纽曼系统理论和中医治未病思想共性出发,以整体观念为基础,分别论述纽曼系统理论的三级预防与中医治未病思想的未病先防、已病防变、瘥后防复对特应性皮炎的防治情况,集中西方思维辨病防病,为特应性皮炎临床护理提供思路。

Atopic dermatitis is a chronic recurrent skin disease.In order to effectively prevent and treat atopic dermatitis,clarify its occurrence,transmission,and prognosis,starting from the commonality of Newman system theory and traditional Chinese medicine prevention treatment before disease,and based on a holistic concept,this paper discusses the prevention and treatment of atopic dermatitis through the tertiary prevention of Newman system theory and the idea of prevention before illness,prevention after illness,and prevention after recovery in traditional Chinese medicine theory,combines Chinese and western thinking on disease identification and prevention,and provides ideas for clinical nursing of atopic dermatitis.
