认知训练联合景观治疗对特勤疗养员心理状态的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of cognitive training combined with landscape therapy on the psychological state of special service convalescents

目的探讨认知训练联合景观治疗在特勤疗养员中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月至2022年5月某疗养中心进行疗养的118例特勤人员,均为男性,按随机数字表分为两组,每组各59例。对照组采取常规疗养干预,观察组在对照组基础上采取认知训练联合景观治疗,两组均持续干预14 d。比较两组认知功能、心理状态、睡眠质量以及疗养员满意度。结果观察组干预后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)中注意力与集中、视空间和执行功能、记忆力、语言、抽象思维、定向力以及命名评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后正念注意觉知量表(MAAS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疗养员满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知训练联合景观治疗可改善特勤疗养员认知功能和心理状态,有助于提升其睡眠质量,从而提升疗养员满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive training combined with landscape therapy in special service convalescents.Methods 118 special service convalescents,all male,who underwent recuperation at a nursing center from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups based on a random number table,with 59 cases in each group.The control group received routine recuperation intervention,while the observation group received cognitive training combined with landscape therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups received continuous intervention for 14 days.The cognitive function,psychological state,sleep quality,and convalescent satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)scores for attention and concentration,visual space and executive function,memory,language,abstract thinking,orientation,and naming in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the MAAS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The convalescent satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive training combined with landscape therapy can improve the cognitive function and psychological state of special service convalescents,help improve their sleep quality,and thus enhance their satisfaction.
