输变电工程对珠江源省级自然保护区生物多样性影响评价

Impact Assessment of the Power Transmission and Transformation Project on the Biodiversity of the Provincial Nature Reserve of the Pearl River Source

采用景观调查、群落栖息地调查、物种调查、主要保护对象调查等方法,对500kV鹤城输变电工程项目影响评价区内生物多样性进行系统调查,评价分析输变电工程项目对云南珠江源省级自然保护区生物多样性的影响程度。评价结果认为:工程建设带来的生物多样性和生态影响,主要发生在施工期,通过采取有效的保护、防护措施,在建成运营期间,产生的问题将逐渐减弱消失,可实现经济建设与生态系统相协调发展。

By means of landscape survey,community habitat survey,species survey and main protection objects survey,the biodiversity of the 500kV Hecheng power transmission and transformation project was systematically investigated,and the influence degree of the power transmission and transformation project on the biodiversity of the provincial nature reserve of Yunnan Pearl River source was evaluated and analyzed.The evaluation results show that the biodiversity and ecological impact brought by the project construction mainly occur during the construction period.By taking effective protection and protection measures,the problems generated will gradually weaken and disappear during the completion and operation period,and the coordinated development of economic construction and ecosystem can be realized.
