摘要
试验旨在研究Hoxc13基因在滩羊羔羊不同生长时期皮肤组织的表达差异。利用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(q RT-PCR)分析Hoxc13基因在滩羊羔羊不同生长时期(35、55日龄)皮肤组织中表达差异。结果显示,Hoxc13基因在55日龄滩羊羔羊皮肤组织含量极显著高于35日龄皮肤组织(P<0.01)。研究表明,Hoxc13基因在35、55日龄滩羊羔羊皮肤组织中存在差异表达,55日龄皮肤的表达高于35日龄,Hoxc13基因可能与毛囊发育的过程密切相关。
The aim of the experiment was to study the expression difference of Hoxcl3 gene in skin tissues of Tan sheep at different growth stages.qRT-PCR was used to analyze the expression difference of Hoxcl3 gene in skin tissues of Tan sheep at different growth stages(35 and 55 days of age).The results showed that the content of Hoxcl3 gene in skin tissue of Tan Sheep at 55 days of age was extremely higher than that in skin tissue at 35 days of age(P<0.01).The study indicates that Hoxcl3 gene was differentially expressed in the skin tissue of Tan sheep at 35 and 55 days of age,and the expression of Hoxcl3 gene at 55 days of age was higher than that at 35 days of age.Hoxcl3 gene may be closely related to the development of hair follicles.
