摘要
为解决软土大面积基坑支护中水平支撑造价高且挖土不便、双排桩造价高且控制变形能力差等问题,依托某住宅项目基坑实例,从斜撑桩的承载力计算与构造特点、同步同心且预加载式工艺原理、关键施工技术、社会经济效益等方面,对同步同心预加载式复合型斜撑桩施工技术进行详细的分析介绍,以期为类似软土地区基坑工程采用此种支护形式提供经验参考。
In order to solve the problems of high cost and inconvenient excavation of horizontal support as well as the high cost and poor deformation control of double-row piles in large area foundation pit support in soft soil,based on the foundation pit example of a residential project,this paper discusses the bearing capacity calculation and structural characteristics of inclined piles,the process principle of synchronous concentric and preloading,key construction technology,social and economic benefits,etc.The construction technology of synchronous concentric preloading composite inclined support pile is analyzed and introduced in detail,so as to provide experience and reference for similar foundation pit engineering in soft soil area.
