城市狭小空间超高层建筑地下室半逆作施工 被引量:1

摘要 以南宁世贸中心二期项目为例,对施工区域狭小、基坑深度较大、与地铁距离较近的超高层建筑地下室半逆作施工技术进行了研究。针对无法采用预应力锚索支护的基坑,通过采用单排桩+楼板支撑,地下室2层以下采用半逆作法施工,不但安全有效地保证了施工质量,还加快了施工进度。实践证明,该施工技术能有效节约施工成本,社会效益和经济效益明显。 Taking the second phase project of Nanning World Trade Center as an example,this paper studies the semi-inverse construction technology for the basement of super high-rise building with narrow construction area,deep foundation pit and close distance to the subway.For the foundation pit which cannot be supported by prestressed anchor cable,the semi-reverse construction method is used below the second floor of the basement by using singlerow piles and floor support,which not only ensures the construction quality safely and effectively,but also speeds up the construction progress.The practice proves that the construction technology can effectively save the construction cost,the social and economic benefits are obvious.
