摘要
结合工程实际,对内嵌支座钢板调平工艺进行了研究。通过在预制梁底预埋定制的等厚调平钢板,实现了梁底调平,克服了传统工艺通用性较差、质量难以保证、调平成本高等问题。对工艺探索过程中所采用的几种施工方法进行比较,形成以螺栓控制支座钢板控制各角点嵌入深度+钢板止浆的内嵌支座钢板调平工艺,并对实践过程中支座钢板周边结构需要进一步配合、调整的内容提出了建议。
Based on the engineering practice,the leveling technology of the embedded support steel plate is studied.By embedding the customized equal-thickness leveling steel plate at the bottom of the precast beam,the leveling of the beam bottom is realized,and the problems of poor universality,difficult quality assurance and high leveling cost of the traditional process are overcome.Several construction methods used in the process of technology exploration are compared,and the leveling technology of embedded support steel plate is formed,which uses bolts to control the embedded depth of each corner point+steel plate to stop grouting,and suggestions are put forward for further coordination and adjustment of the surrounding structure of support steel plate in the process of practice.
