摘要
在超高层建筑中,避难层结构受力复杂、面积较大,属于高空大跨度悬挑结构,具有较高的施工难度,对模板支撑体系的施工提出较高的要求。针对该难题,依托泉州市某地块二期项目的超高层避难层悬挑结构施工,通过采用三角钢平台桁架斜撑悬挑工字钢的施工技术,降低了构件的自重,节约了钢管、扣件等施工费用,结构受力与变形情况良好,施工进度较原计划大幅度提前,为业主创造了一定的时间效益,且保证了施工安全及工程质量。
In the super high-rise building,the structure of the refuge floor is a high-altitude large-span cantilever structure with complex stress and large area,which has high construction difficulty and puts forward higher requirements for the construction of the formwork support system.In order to solve this problem,relying on the construction of the cantilever structure of the super high-rise refuge floor in the second phase project of a plot in Quanzhou City,the construction technology of triangular steel platform,truss and inclined support cantilever l-steel is adopted to reduce the weight of the components,save the construction cost of steel pipes and fasteners,and the structural stress and deformation are in good condition.The construction progress is much earlier than the original plan,which creates a certain time benefit for the owners,and ensures the construction safety and the engineering quality.
