摘要
为提高超高层建筑超限变截面液压爬模施工工效,依托杭州商业金融用房工程,对150mm超大变截面斜爬施工进行技术优化,成功将导轨、架体在变截面150mm工况下进行一次爬升到位。分析了超高层液压爬模变截面爬升施工的工法原理、工艺特点及适用范围,重点对液压爬模变截面爬升的工艺流程进行了总结阐述,指出了爬升施工过程中的操作要点。超高层液压爬模变截面爬升施工工法的应用取得了良好的实施效益,在节约工程成本的基础上,加快了施工进度,避免了后期凿除、割除等措施产生的不利影响,解决了超高层爬模施工空间、效率等方面的问题。
In order to improve the construction efficiency of super high-rise buildings with variable cross-section hydraulic climbing formwork,relying on the Hangzhou Commercial and Financial Housing Project,the technical optimization of 150 mm super-large variable cross-section inclined climbing construction is carried out,and the guide rail and frame body are successfully climbed in place at one time under the working condition of 150 mm variable cross-section.This paper analyzes the construction principle,process characteristics and application scope of the variable cross-section climbing construction of the super high-rise building with hydraulic climbing formwork,emphatically expounds the process flow of the variable cross-section climbing construction with hydraulic climbing formwork,and points out the operation points in the climbing construction process.The application of variable cross-section climbing construction method of super high-rise hydraulic climbing formwork has achieved good implementation benefits.On the basis of saving the project cost,it accelerates the construction progress,avoids the adverse effects of later chiseling,cutting and other measures,and solves the problems of construction space and efficiency of super high-rise climbing formwork.
