摘要
介绍了承插型盘扣式钢管支架构件自动清铲设备的研发与应用,利用自动化设备代替人工清铲盘扣式支架构件表面的黏结物。主要解决了表面黏结物不均匀性引起的铲刀接触面不良、杆件弯曲导致的不同轴转动等技术问题。通过研究攻关和应用,清铲效率较人工清铲提高了20倍以上。该研究成果可以直接推广使用,提高建筑周转材料租赁行业的自动化水平,降低施工现场的使用成本。
This paper introduces the R&D and application of the automatic shovel cleaning equipment for the socket disc buckled steel pipe support components,using the automatic equipment to replace the manual shovel cleaning of the adhesives on the surface of the disc-buckled support components.It mainly solves the technical problems of poor contact surface of the shovel blade caused by uneven surface adhesion and non-coaxial rotation caused by bending of the rod.Through research,dificult technical problems tackling and application,the efficiency of shovel cleaning is more than 20 times higher than that of manual shovel cleaning.The research results can be directly popularized and used to improve the automation level of the construction turnover material leasing industry and reduce the use cost of the construction site.
