Commercial complexes in many cities have been operating for more than 10 year or even longer,and are facing renovation and upgrading.Taking the renovation and upgrading of a large commercial complex in Shanghai as an example,the construction process,technical points and difficulties of the demolition and renovation of the main structure are described in detail.According to the characteristics of the project,the basic principles of structure demolition and renovation construction are formulated,the technical process and general idea of demolition and renovation construction are elaborated,and the key points and matters needing attention of site construction are further elaborated by taking a construction example,which can provide a reference for similar project construction.
