城市更新项目中的传承记忆与更新--长三角路演中心项目创新设计

长三角路演中心更新改造项目,在宋元时期为官方驿站,1958年在这里成立枫围公社砖瓦厂,1987年转型为上海第七印绸厂金山分厂,改造之前已荒废十余年。在充分尊重场所历史记忆的前提下,通过一些现代化设计思路,因地制宜地对建筑和园区进行局部改造、维修更新,使整个园区重获新生。总结的施工经验以期为类似更新改造项目提供一些思路和灵感。

The renovation project of the Yangtze River Delta Road Show Center was an official post station in the Song and Yuan Dynasties.In 1958,Fengwei Commune Brick and Tile Factory was established here.In 1987,it was transformed into Jinshan Branch of Shanghai No.7 Silk Printing Factory.It had been abandoned for more than ten years before the renovation.On the premise of fully respecting the historical memory of the site,through some modern design ideas,local renovation,maintenance and renewal of buildings and parks are carried out according to local conditions,so that the whole park can regain its new life,and the construction experience summarized is expected to provide some ideas and inspiration for similar renovation projects.
