摘要
前滩媒体城剧院船体项目为大跨度空间异形结构,设计图并不完善,加工难度高,现场施工精度要求高,工期紧。对此,钢结构深化设计完美起到了设计、加工、现场施工之间的纽带作用,利用参数化、可视化、信息化的BIM技术,提前解决了设计图纸和各专业碰撞问题,并提出了相应的结构优化方案。对接工厂工艺,积极推动无纸化加工,指导和细化现场施工工序,使得工程能够高效、有序推进。
The hull project of Qiantan Media City Theatre is a large-span space special-shaped structure with imperfect design drawings,high processing dificulty,high precision requirements for on-site construction and tight construction period.In this regard,the deepening design of steel structure has played a perfect role as a link between design,processing and on-site construction.By using parametric,visual and information-based BIM technology,the collision between design drawings and various specialties has been solved in advance,and the corresponding structural optimization scheme has been put forward.Docking factory technology,actively promoting paperless processing,guiding and refining on-site construction processes,so that the project can be carried out efficiently and orderly.
