Construction of Cantilever Precast Bent Cap by Reverse-pulling Method Without Support

结合上海沿江通道越江隧道浦西接线段高架工程实际,从反拉工艺、钢筋选型与布置、荷载转换、吊装过程控制等方面,介绍了反拉法实施盖梁吊装的施工技术。实践证实,所述方法对城市高架的施工具有较好的适用性,可为城市建成区高墩盖梁施工提供参考。

Combined with the elevated project of Puxi connection section of the cross-river tunnel along the Yangtze River in Shanghai,the construction technology of bent cap hoisting by reverse-pulling method is introduced from the aspects of reverse pulling technology,reinforcement selection and layout,load conversion,hoisting process control,etc.The practice has proved that the method has good applicability to the construction of urban viaduct,and can provide reference for the construction of high pier bent cap in urban built-up area.
