复杂场地冻结工程管线沉降控制技术

摘要 结合上海财经大学新建27号学生宿舍地下2层通道施工,对复杂场地冻结法施工过程中的管线沉降控制技术进行了研究。从冻结方案设计、钻孔过程、冻结施工及融沉注浆等方面提出了科学有效的方法,实现了管线沉降控制目标,为工程顺利完工提供了可靠保障,也为未来类似工程的施工积累了经验。 Combined with the construction of the second-floor underground passage of the new No.27 student dormitory in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics,the control technology of pipeline settlement in the construction process of freezing method in complex site is studied.The scientific and effective methods are put forward from aspects of freezing scheme design,driling process,freezing construction,and thawing settlement grouting,etc.,and the pipeline settlement control target is realized,which provides reliable guarantee for the successful completion of the project and accumulates experience for the construction of similar projects in the future.
